is philippine education really deteriorating?

yes, our education system is slowly deteriorating. why? it is more like a domino effect it first started with the government we had. And lately reflect to us citizens. We are so aware about our economic state that we are buried to debts and a trillion of them. Its effect cause a major wave of problem in many departments causing them to have a financial problem. One best example is the Department of Education were fund is the biggest problem that no one can resolve it is like a disease with no cure. Too many students in public schools wherein other students are forced to stand up because arm chairs can only occupy 50 students and there are 70 or 80 of them. Learning of learners cannot takes place in this kind of situation. Plus, we don't have enough funds for new books and new schools. Teachers are forced to work abroad because of a very low salary and a lack of support coming from the government. On the other hand, like i said, it is slowly deteriorating meaning it is not too late for us, We just need to step forward and never repeat the cycle we had today.
